Caspian’s passion for financial planning began in high school, when he discovered the powerful impact that thoughtful planning can have on an individual’s future. Drawn to both the analytical side of finance and the opportunity to help others achieve their goals, he knew early on that financial planning was the right career path.
Caspian graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with a degree in Finance and an emphasis in Personal Financial Planning. Through his studies, he developed a strong foundation in retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and insurance strategies. He also gained an appreciation for the importance of building meaningful client relationships and helping individuals navigate important financial decisions with confidence.
As a Planning Support Specialist, Caspian supports the Blue Heron Capital advisory team by organizing client information, preparing, and maintaining retirement plans, and helping ensure client records remain accurate and up to date. He is currently pursuing professional licensing and is committed to delivering exceptional service while helping clients feel confident about their financial future.
Outside of the office, Caspian enjoys following the financial markets, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Colorado’s mountain trails. He enjoys meeting new people and looks forward to getting to know Blue Heron Capital clients and their families.
